Improvements in Jet Pipes for Machines for Washing Out or Coating the inside of Casks or for the like Machines

Nozzles.-In apparatus for cleansing and coating casks, and in like machines, the jet pipe or nozzle a is semicircular in section, so that the upper portion b of the supply pipe, on which the nozzle is mounted, being also semi-circular in section, both, when in alinement, as shown in Figs. 1 and 3, form a device circular i n section, corresponding to the bung - hole, thus s facilitating insertion. The nozzle is mounted on the hollow pivot i on the tube b, and, being provided with slits e, f in various directions, is rotated by the reaction of the ejected liquid, which is thus distributed to all parts of the vessel.
