Spectacles and eyeglasses.- Relates to apparatus for cutting pasteboard tubes of rectangular or like crosssection into shorter tubes, for use in making cases for razors, spectacles, &c. Within the tube is placed a wooden filling - piece to prevent deformation during the cutting operation, and opposite sides are cut simultaneously by means of upper and lower cutters e, h, of which h is fixed on the table b, while the upper cutter e is mounted on a vertically-reciprocating frame c.
