The plough, including frame 30 and diagonal beam 31 to which a frame sleeve 32 is secured, is rotatable about draft frame member 6. The rear wheel assembly 5 comprising a spindle 24 non- rotatably connected to the wheel-bearing shaft 28 is mounted on bracket 20, said bracket being rigidly attached to shaft 19. Shaft 19 is rotatably mounted in sleeve 21 which is held in an inclined position by plates 16 and 17. As the plough is rotated to the working position or to the transport position, rotation of eccentric 64 mounted on frame sleeve 32 by radial spacers 65 causes lever 70 to rotate shaft 19 via the link 69 and collar 66, the latter being rotatably mounted on the eccentric, thereby tilting the rotational axis of the wheel to positions where the wheel is tilted so as to oppose lateral soil forces on the tools or is held vertically for transport. Wheel 29 is steerable by means of the hydraulic ram 45 whose piston is pivotally attached to a lever 61 non- rotatably secured to spindle 24, expansion and retraction of said ram being effected by a second hydraulic ram 44 such that turning movements of the draft vehicle relative to the drawn implement about pivot 15 cause wheel 29 to steer the plough.
