An outer rigid vessel 1, with a detachable lid incorporating an inlet 15 for pressurized fluid, a safety valve 19 and a pressure relief valve 19, has an outlet 15 connectable by a tube 5 to the interior of a bag 11 within a case 14, placed inside the vessel. A spout 7 loosely fitted in case 14 is connected to the bag 11 and a plug 13 in sealing engagement with the tube 5 is adapted to be a close fit in the spout 7. Clamps (not shown) hold the lid in place when the outer vessel is pressurized. A safety device may be included comprising holes covered by the clamps holding the lid closed, but otherwise uncovered to allow pressure release. Air operated cylinders may alternatively hold the clamps on the lid while the vessel is pressurized.
