Zusammenfassung: | 1,219,413. Feeding record tapes. EASTMAN KODAK CO. 20 May, 1969 [20 May, 1968], No. 25687/69. Heading G5R. [Also in Divisions G2-G3] An automatic film- or tape-threading device comprises a stripper blade 51 manually pivotable against a biasing spring to engage film roll 25 in a magazine 17 for example, and guide the free end of the film through a throat 26 in guide surface 21 to enter guide channel 16, the flanges of reel 18 being squeezed together by camming flanges of a roller 32 on pivotable spring-loaded arm 34. Surface 21 may be formed within the casing of supply magazine, or separately if no magazine is used. Blade 51 is carried on pivoting arm 48 which is engaged by arm 69 of a spring 67 on sleeve 61 of control lever 62. As lever 62 is manually turned about axis 63, spring 67 overcomes the spring-bias on stripper arm 48, whereby blade 51 is urged against roll 25 with a force independent of that applied to lever 62. |
