Zusammenfassung: | 1,172,414. Telescopic ladders. R. D. WERNER CO. Inc. 26 Jan., 1967, No. 3996/67. Heading A6L. A telescopic ladder comprises upper and lower sections 20, 40 which are detachably connected to one aother by hooks 28 at the lower end of the upper section and hooks 48 at the upper end of the lower section engaging with flanges on the stiles of the other section. The lower section 40 has pivoted feet 46. At the upper end, both sections have end caps 24, 44 which are oppositely inclined to avoid interference. In a modification, in which the two sections of the ladder are of the same width the end caps are similarly inclined. The ladder stiles are of channel or I section. |
