Zusammenfassung: | 115,916. Young, W. G., and Downes, F. June 1, 1917. Posts.-Relates to the transverses and the means of attaching the insulator brackets and stays. A single or multiple post has metal transverses b fixed to the post by clamping- rings. The transverses may be of any suitable section, such as V, U, or ], and have the hollow part towards the post. Provision may be made at the end of the transverses for the attachment of stays. The transverses are perforated to receive circular or other rods i, upon which insulator brackets j and spacing-tubes k are threaded, the whole being held together by nuts l. In a modified form, the verticals do not pass through the transverses, and the insulator brackets are directly attached to the verticals. |
