Discs 2, 9 respectively secured to the opposing ends of two parallel shafts 1, 8, the axes of which are spaced a distance less than the radius of either shaft, are connected by three or more links in the form of eccentrically bored bushes 6 rotatably mounted in bores 3 of the disc 2 and on pins 10 secured in the disc 9, the eccentricity of the bush bores being equal to the spacing of the shaft axes. As shown, the bushes 6 are mounted in the bores 3 and on the pins 10 by roller bearings 5, 7, bushes 4 inserted in the bores 3 forming outer races. Alternatively, plain bearings may be used.
