The alloy may be used as a sacrificial anode, as a pigment in paints, for anodes in primary batteries or sacrificial coatings on metals such as steel sheet. Also they may comprise the active ingredients in flares, for use in chemical reductions and in the preparation of aluminium alkyls. |
