L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un flux (F) de données provenant d'une source vidéo non certifiée, ledit flux de données étant destiné à être affiché au moins partiellement sur un écran d'affichage (220) d'un cockpit (22) d'un aéronef, ledit écran d'affichage (220) présentant des dimensions prédéterminées et une résolution prédéterminée. Le procédé de traitement comprend une étape (E4) de sélection sur l'écran d'affichage (220) du cockpit d'une fenêtre d'intérêt (Win) par le pilote. Le procédé de traitement comprend en outre une étape (E5) d'affichage sur l'écran d'affichage (220) d'une partie du flux (F) de données correspondant à la fenêtre d'intérêt (Win) sélectionnée.
