Titre de l'invention : Endoscope pourvu d'un dispositif d'obturation d'un circuit de circulation d'un fluide, pour une stérilisation améliorée L'invention concerne un endoscope médical comportant :- un corps de piston (17) dans lequel un piston est monté mobile en déplacement ;- le piston délimitant avec le corps de piston (17) une section étanche d'obturation et une chambre étanche d'interconnexion adaptées pour qu'en position d'ouverture du dispositif d'obturation (11), la chambre étanche d'interconnexion assure la communication entre une première portion (101) et une deuxième portion (102) du circuit de circulation, le piston comportant d'une part, une partie proximale coopérant de manière étanche avec le corps de piston (17) et se prolongeant par un bouton d'actionnement (12) du piston et d'autre part, une partie distale coopérant de manière étanche avec le corps de piston pour délimiter une chambre de détente communiquant avec un évent de sortie aménagé dans le fond du corps de piston (17).
