Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device comprising a plurality of hollow studs (2) made from moulded plastic material, said studs having an outer casing generally in the form of a cylinder or cone segment centred on an axis of revolution (3), said studs being connected to one another by a linking means. The studs comprise: a base (5) solidly connected to the linking means; a curved wall (6) extending along a curved surface; and a plurality of openings (7) in the curved wall, said openings extending axially lengthwise, being symmetrical relative to the axis in front view and being disposed in a rotationally symmetrical manner relative to the axis. In addition, the edges (8) of the openings that extend along the axis are stepped such as to define a plurality of steps (9), the distance between the edges decreasing towards the base.
