Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates in particular to an animal-rearing facility which includes at least one pair of pits (3) provided with a bottom for collecting dejections, said pits being arranged below a perforated floor (4). According to the invention: the pits (3) face one another and communicate via a hollow transverse corridor (5); a self-propelled scraper (1) is provided, as well as a self-propelled receptacle (2) for receiving the scraped-up dejections, said receptacle moving inside the corridor (5); the corridor (5) is provided with a roof (50); and the perforated floor (4) and the roof (50) are arranged at the same level.
