Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a posture improvement aid (DISP) comprising: a belt (1) including a rear portion (102); a first side stretcher (2) including a first end (201) and a second side stretcher (3) including a first end (301), the first ends (201, 301) of the first side stretcher (2) and of the second side stretcher (3) meeting in a stimulation region (4); and a resilient connection (5) including a first end (501) attached to the rear portion (102) of the belt (1) and a second end (502) attached to the stimulation region (4), said resilient connection (5) being constructed and arranged such that when the rear portion (102) of the belt (1) is positioned on the posterior superior iliac spine of the user, the stimulation region (4) is positioned between the third lumbar vertebra and the fifth lumbar vertebra of the user.
