The subject of the invention is tooling (20) for creating a component made of composite, characterized in that the tooling comprises: - at least one rigid element (28) able to move between a rest position in which it is not in contact with the preform (22) and an active position in which it is in contact with the preform (22), - at least one elastic return means (30) configured to push the rigid element (28) into the active position and hold it therein, and - at least one hot-melt element (38) configured to hold the rigid element in the rest position against the action of the elastic return means (30) as long as the temperature of the resin is below a threshold temperature (Ts) above which the resin is softened. The invention also relates to a method for creating a component made of composite implementing said tooling and to a component made of composite thus obtained.
