La présente invention permet de vérifier la présence, la localisation et/ou l'intégrité des spots à l'issue du procédé d'analyse, et ainsi de sécuriser les résultats obtenus, en garantissant que le résultat rendu résulte bien d'un spot présent, intègre et localisé.
