The supporting part includes a binder including a resin, an elastomer, and a filler, while including a reinforcing yarn (10) extended over a number of turns around a center shaft perpendicular to the friction surface. The reinforcing yarn (10) is a carbon-based yarn formed with multiple long base carbon fibers, preferably includes an organic base yarn having multi-core fiber type, and is formed to form a mesh of a supporting layer by itself.
