L'invention a trait à un procédé d'élaboration d'une membrane polymérique d'une électrode à membrane polymérique destinée à la détection potentiométrique d'au moins un analyte présent dans une solution à analyser, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : a) une étape de dépôt d'une solution, en phase liquide, comprenant les constituants de la membrane polymérique à la surface d'une solution interne d'électrolyte, cette dernière étant en phase liquide et occupant la cavité interne d'un corps d'électrode ; b) une étape de séchage de ladite solution comprenant les constituants de la membrane polymérique, moyennant quoi il subsiste à la surface de la solution interne d'électrolyte la membrane polymérique.
