The method involves defining a set of filtering rules translating a predetermined security policy in a compilable language, where the rules define the properties of information to be transmitted by a filtering module (5) between two information processing modules (2, 3). A validation processing is performed for the set of rules, by validating that a transmission authorization or refusal is provided by applying the set of rules to any information provided at an input of the filtering module. The set of rules is compiled, and the compiled set of rules is integrated into a rules database.
