The key (1) has a fastener (13) attaching a decorative movable part (12) to a case (11). The fastener comprises a free part (132) arranged relative to the case. The free part presents two configurations in an alternative manner. The part allows insertion of the movable part on the fastener in one of the configurations, and maintains the movable part on the fastener in the other configuration. The part is accessible from outside of the key in the latter configuration to receive a mechanical pressure for moving the part to the former configuration. L'invention se rapporte à une clé (1), notamment pour véhicule automobile, comportant : - un boitier (11) ; - une pièce amovible (12); - un élément de fixation (13) de la pièce amovible audit boitier, ledit élément de fixation comportant une première partie libre (132) par rapport audit boitier, la première partie libre présentant, alternativement, une première configuration et une deuxième configuration, la première configuration étant adoptée pour l'insertion de la pièce amovible sur l'élément de fixation, la deuxième configuration étant adoptée pour le maintien de la pièce amovible sur l'élément de fixation la première partie libre étant accessible depuis l'extérieur de la clé (1), dans la deuxième configuration, pour recevoir une pression mécanique amenant ladite première partie libre dans la première configuration.
