Zusammenfassung:The system (5) has a catalyst (6) for carrying-out a reaction of water gas with thermal management of an exhaust line (4) to determine a preliminary temperature interval. The thermal management maintains the catalyst at temperature of 450 degree Celsius, and is carried out at time of enrichment phases by carburizing an air/fuel mixture that is supplied to an internal combustion engine (1). The catalyst includes a first component (C1) such as cerium-oxide, a second component (C2) such as platinum and rhodium, and a third component (C3). The third component comprises gold deposited on titanium oxides, zirconium or iron, cobalt deposited on alumina, ruthenium deposited on cerium oxide or an iron-cerium oxide and/or copper deposited on titanium oxide. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a system for post-treatment of exhaust gases in an exhaust line of an internal combustion engine of a car.
