Zusammenfassung:	The arrangement has a stop wall (1) received partly in an opening by having its external surface levelled with an external surface of a structural panel i.e. fuselage (2). The stop wall comprises a pressure tap opening (4), and a set of openings for receiving fastenings (5) for assembly of the stop wall on a support element (6). The element comprises a set of holes for passage of a rod of another set of fastenings (13) for assembly of the element with a structural flange (14). The flange comprises dimensions and a form to surround the tap opening. The flange is attached to the panel. An independent claim is also included for a fuselage. L'invention concerne un agencement pour la fixation d'un dispositif de mesure (10) sur une ouverture d'un panneau structural (2) d'aéronef présentant une surface extérieure. Selon l'invention, cet agencement comprend: - une paroi d'obturation (1) destinée à être reçue dans ladite ouverture en ayant sa surface externe affleurant avec ladite surface extérieure, cette paroi d'obturation (1) comportant au moins un premier orifice (4) de prise de pression, - ladite paroi d'obturation (1) comportant également des seconds orifices destinés à recevoir des premiers organes de fixation (5) pour l'assemblage de ladite paroi (1) sur un élément de support (6), lesdits organes de fixation (5) ayant une extrémité destinée à être affleurant avec la surface extérieure dudit panneau structural (2), - ledit élément de support (6) comportant des trous pour le passage de la tige de seconds organes de fixation (13) en vue de son assemblage avec une collerette structurale (14), - ladite collerette structurale (14) ayant des dimensions et une forme permettant d'entourer ladite ouverture, ladite collerette (14) étant destinée à être solidarisée audit panneau structural (2).
