A circulating unit (6) circulates a fluid i.e. oil, to be cooled by the airflow. The blade and the strips are separated from each other at a same distance. The strips are arranged relative to the stator blade such that a plane (E) passes through the blade and the strips, where the plane is parallel to another plane (P) perpendicular to a cord (C) of the blade.
