Zusammenfassung:	Fermentation broth composition (A) comprises: a composition containing a polysaccharide (I); Burkholderia caribensis, preferably Burkholderia caribensis strain MWAP71; and a bacterial culture medium, where the concentration of polysaccharides in the composition of the fermentation broth is 3.5-20 g/l, preferably 5-15 g/l. Fermentation broth composition (A) comprises: a composition containing a polysaccharide of formula (I); Burkholderia caribensis, preferably Burkholderia caribensis strain MWAP71; and a bacterial culture medium, where the concentration of polysaccharides in the composition of the fermentation broth is 3.5-20 g/l, preferably 5-15 g/l. Glc : glucose; 6dTal : 6-deoxy-talose; Kdo : 3-deoxy-D-manno-oct-2-ulosonic acid; n : 420-800, preferably 420-480; and m : 0 or 1. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing a composition containing (I), from the fermentation broth composition of Burkholderia caribensis, comprising purifying the fermentation broth composition, comprising separating the bacteria of the composition of the fermentation broth to obtain a purified fermentation broth composition, free from bacteria belonging to the genus Burkholderia caribensis, preferably Burkholderia caribensis strain MWAP71; and (2) fermentation broth obtainable by the process.
