Zusammenfassung: | Use of a composition (A) of the fermentation broth of Burkholderia caribensis comprising Burkholderia caribensis, preferably Burkholderia caribensis strain MWAP71, a bacterial culture medium and polysaccharide (I), produced by the bacteria in the culture medium, for preparing a composition containing oligosacchrides with a molecular weight of 1-30 KDa and cosmetic properties, is claimed. Use of a composition (A) of the fermentation broth of Burkholderia caribensis comprising Burkholderia caribensis, preferably Burkholderia caribensis strain MWAP71, a bacterial culture medium and polysaccharide (I), produced by the bacteria in the culture medium, for preparing a composition containing oligosaccharides with a molecular weight of 1-30 KDa and cosmetic properties, is claimed, where: the concentration of (I) in (A) from fermentation broth is 3.5-20 g/l, preferably 5-15 g/l; and (A) of the fermentation broth is hydrolyzed, hydrolyzed and neutralized, or hydrolyzed, optionally neutralized and purified. Glc : glucose; 6dTal : 6-deoxy-talose; Kdo : 3-deoxy-D-manno-oct-2-ulosonic acid; and n : 700-800. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing (A) a composition containing oligosaccharides from the fermentation broth of Burkholderia caribensis comprising hydrolyzing (A) of the fermentation broth of Burkholderia caribensis to obtain a hydrolyzate, at a pH of 0-3, preferably 1-2, then thermally hydrolyzing at a temperature of room temperature to 100[deg] C, preferably 80-100[deg] C, thermally acid hydrolyzing at a pH of 0-3, preferably 1-2, and/or at a temperature of room temperature to 100[deg] C, preferably 70-90[deg] C, or enzymatically hydrolyzing in the presence of enzyme comprising proteases and glycosidases, preferably amylases at ambient temperature to 70[deg] C; and (2) the composition comprising the oligosaccharides obtained by the process. [Image] ACTIVITY : Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Filaggrin expression stimulator; 3-Aquaporine expression stimulator. The ability of the composition containing oligosacchrides obtained from the fermentation broth of Burkholderia caribensis, preferably Burkholderia caribensis MWAP71 to stimulate filaggrin expression was tested in vitro using normal human keratinocytes. The result showed that the composition containing oligosacchrides exhibited the percentage stimulation of filaggrin of 832 at a concentration of 10 mg/ml of oligosaccharides having 1% dry matter.
