Antislip composition in an aqueous form comprises 1-40 pts. wt. of soluble alkaline silicate compound of formula (M 2O xSiO 2), and 3-40 pts. wt. of fossil diatoms having a particle size of 5-250 microns. M : Na, K and/or Li; and x : ratio between SiO 2 and M 2O, preferably above 2.5. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing substrates of paper, cardboard and non-woven with antislip properties, comprising coating the substrate using the composition, and drying the coated substrate to evaporate the water contained in the composition; and (2) the substrate having antislip properties, where the substrate is coated on at least one side of its faces, preferably on both sides, using an aqueous composition.
L'invention concerne une composition de couchage antiglisse permettant l'enduction de supports souples en continu, sous forte contraint de cisaillement et conservant une viscosité stable dans le temps, même à forte concentration. Cette composition comprend pour 100 parties : -1 à 40 parties en poids de silicates alcalins solubles de formule M2OxSiO2 où M est Na, K, Li ou un mélange de ces métaux alcalins, et x est le rapport pondéral entre SiO2 et M2O. -3 à 40 parties de diatomées fossiles de granulométrie comprise entre 5 et 250 microns. -0,1 à 40 parties d'un liant filmogène sous forme de polymère en dispersion aqueuse ou en solution aqueuse. |
