Zusammenfassung:	The method involves creating wound on animal skin by mechanical, chemical, thermical and/or by radiation process. A non-invasive sampling device (1) is fixed on circumference of the skin around the wound, using an interface. A macroscopic observation is made for the wound and/or exudate. The exudate contained in the sampling device is removed and the exudate is analyzed. Cellular metabolites and/or micro-organisms contained in the exudate are determined. Physicochemical parameters of the wound or the exudate are determined.
