The adjusting unit includes a set of bags (12) that is arranged to be inflated and/or deflated to ensure height adjustment and/or depth adjustment of the support zone. The set of bags is placed on top of each other. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting a support zone of a seat. L'invention concerne un dossier (2) de siège (1), notamment de siège (1) de véhicule ferroviaire, présentant une zone de support (10) de la tête d'un utilisateur (7), ledit dossier (2) présentant une hauteur fixe. Selon l'invention, dossier (2) comprend des moyens d'ajustement (11) configurés pour rendre ladite zone de support (10) réglable en hauteur (H) et/ou en profondeur (P).
