A cross member (18) is firmly connected to and provided in an upper region (40a) of the backrest. The guide is associated with a locking unit (50) having a locking portion (51) which is fastened to the cross member and another locking portion (52) which is attached on the headrest. Both locking portions act together according to a bolt-hole principle.
