A set of moving parts is arranged in a drilling machine. The glove compartment is allowed to contain a lower clamping jaw and shaped to maximize dust extraction, manipulation and decontamination by dry rods and tubes. The dust extraction, manipulation and decontamination processes are conducted under dynamic airflow.
