Preparing a salt of O-acetylsalicylic acid of basic amino acid, comprises continuously contacting, in a reactor (4), an aqueous solution of basic amino acid and a solution of O-acetylsalicylic acid dissolved in a solvent, and introducing a part of basic amino acid in the reactor, where: a quantity of the basic amino acid is relative to a stoichiometry ratio; a weight concentration of the solutions is less than a saturation and higher than 5 wt.% of O-acetylsalicylic acid and 20 wt.% of basic amino acid; the reaction is carried out in suspension under an agitation effect with an expenditure of energy of 0.5-2 W/l of reactional medium; a temperature of the reactional medium in the reactor is constant and is 2-25[deg] C; a reactor volume and supply flow values are such that the reaction solutions are maintained in the reactor for 15-60 minutes; an output flow from the reactor is directly supplied to a device (12), which separates the liquid phase and solid phase from output flow; and the solid phase formed in the reactor is dried for obtaining the salt in the form of powder.
Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à faire réagir en continu une solution aqueuse d'au moins un acide aminé basique et une solution d'acide O-acétylsalicylique dans un solvant organique miscible à l'eau. L'acide aminé est en léger défaut par rapport à la stoechiométrie ; le sel précipite sous agitation dans le milieu réactionnel avec un temps de séjour suffisant dans le réacteur (4) et à une température entre 5 et 25 °C. Le sel est séparé du milieu liquide par un filtre (12) et séché. |
