Zusammenfassung:	The device (30) has a radial deployment unit (34) that is in form of U-shaped section whose ends are arranged against a bottom (13) of a circumferential groove (10) in a radially deployed position of supports (34a, 34b) of the unit. A base of the U-shaped section is formed by semi-bases (74) of the supports connected by a deformable tab (90). The supports occupy a radially retracted position for placing the device in a radially retracted configuration, and the semi-bases occupy the deployed position for placing the device in a radially deployed configuration. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wheel of a turbine engine (2) a method for assembling a blocking device.
