Zusammenfassung:	The device (4) has an aeration pipe (14) including an inlet end (10) penetrating in an upper part (16) of a tank (12) and an outlet end (11) penetrating in a filler pipe (13) near the upper part of the tank. The aeration pipe comprises a bottom section (40) located at a structural level lower than that of the inlet and outlet ends of the aeration pipe. A duct (41) enables the bottom section to communicate with a depression tube (42) in which a given state of habitual operation of the device creates depression with respect to the bottom portion.
