Zusammenfassung:	The device (10) has a part (22) housed in a groove (20) formed at one of edges (18) of one of panels (12). Another part (30) of the device is interlocked with the former part by clamping along an interlocking direction (X) perpendicular to the edges of the panels. The latter part is movable along the interlocking direction over a preset distance (j) relative to the former part. The former part has a pin (28) that is deformed during interlocking of the latter part in the former part, to carry out the interlocking by clamping, where the pin rests on a projection (36) of the latter part. Dispositif de fixation en forme de profilé pour assembler deux panneaux (12) entre eux, par leurs bords, le dispositif (10) comportant une première partie (22) destinée à être logée dans une gorge (20) ménagée dans l'un des bords (18) de l'un des panneaux (12), et une seconde partie (30) destinée à s'emboiter dans la première partie (22) selon une direction d'emboitement (X) perpendiculaire aux bords (18).
