Zusammenfassung:	A measuring device is capable of measuring one or more aspects of a compressor blade or a turbine blade of a turbine engine at a plurality of predetermined positions along the blade. The measuring device can be disassembled so that individual elements of the measuring device can be moved into the confined space where a first row of compressor blades or turbine blades of a turbine engine are located. The elements can then be reassembled in this space and attached to a turbine blade so that measurement on the blade can then be acquired.
