The support (6) has a flexible member (13) i.e. flap cover, made of elastomer material. The flexible member encircles a movement limiting device (10). The flexible member consists of two parts (16, 17) positioned along respective intersecting planes (P1, P2). The flexible member consists of a strip (19) tapered from a base (14) toward an apex. The flexible member is indifferently placed on an external ring or an internal ring of the support. A blocking ring (9) is attached to an electric motor and to the support for holding the motor in position on the support.
