Zusammenfassung:	Preparing non separated macromolecular complex (totum) produced by bacteria belonging to the strain Bifidobacterium longum1-3994 comprises: (i) preparing culture medium having proteins/proteins derived from milk and lactose and/or hydrolyzed lactose, at least one antioxidant, optionally at least one pH regulator and/or at least growth factor; (ii) inoculating and incubating at a temperature of 25-39[deg] C, preferably 36-37[deg] C, in the strain; (iii) inactivating the bacteria obtained from the strain, present in the culture medium; and (iv) stabilizing the totum. Preparing non separated macromolecular complex (or totum) produced by bacteria belonging to the strain Bifidobacterium longum1-3994 comprises: (i) preparing culture medium comprising proteins or proteins derived from milk and lactose and/or hydrolyzed lactose, at least one antioxidant, optionally at least one pH regulator and/or at least growth factor; (ii) inoculating and incubating, at a temperature of 25-39[deg] C, preferably 36-37[deg] C, in a strain of Bifidobacterium longum1-3994; (iii) inactivating the bacteria obtained from Bifidobacterium longumstrain 1-3994 present in the culture medium; and (iv) stabilizing the totum.
