Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) has a punch (3) placed on an elongated frame (2) and extended along a longitudinal axis (X) of the frame. The punch has shape complementary to a desired shape of a laminated dry fibrous preform. A reeling carriage (4) is assembled on the frame in a movable manner along the longitudinal axis, and comprises an unwinding unit that unwinds a reinforcement band. A gripping carriage (5) comprises a gripping unit i.e. jaw. A taping unit is utilized for taping the reinforcement band, and is mounted on the frame in a movable manner along the longitudinal axis. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for depositing a reinforcement band to realize a laminated dry fibrous preform (2) a method for realizing a dry preform (3) an aircraft.
