Zusammenfassung:	The transmitter has a movable actuator (20) whose displacement changes a state of switches (31, 33) during support of a finger on the actuator. A photovoltaic cell (7) is provided in the actuator to provide electric power to operation of an electronic circuit. A printed circuit board (24) is provided in the electronic circuit. The actuator partially covers the board that comprises a pole of the switches. The board is integrated to the actuator. The photovoltaic cell lies between an exterior surface and an interior surface of the actuator.
