Zusammenfassung:The mold for molding parts made of a polymer material, comprises a female part, and a male part intended to be engaged in the female part to form a molding space between the male part and the female part. The male part comprises two parts having a plane of contact between the two parts. The mold further comprises a heating unit to provide heat energy to the space of molding. The heat energy is used to cause the relative movement of two parts at the contacting plane. Each part has a groove (40, 42, 60, 62), which opens into one another at the contact plane. The mold for molding parts made of a polymer material, comprises a female part, and a male part intended to be engaged in the female part to form a molding space between the male part and the female part. The male part comprises two parts having a plane of contact between the two parts. The mold further comprises a heating unit to provide heat energy to the space of molding. The heat energy is used to cause the relative movement of two parts at the contacting plane. Each part has a groove (40, 42, 60, 62), which opens into one another at the contact plane to receive a deformable sealing joint on the two parts. One of the grooves has a local expansion at the plane of contact for guiding the deformable sealing joint during the relative movement of the two parts, where the sealing joint undergoes no contraction at the contact plane. The two parts are constituted of a base plate (16) and a punch (18), which are projected on the base plate. The base plate has longitudinal edges along the punch, while the punch has longitudinal sides (28, 30) respectively joining the edges. The grooves are fixed transversely on the sidewalls of the punch and the edges, and has a local expansion flared towards the punch, and have a rectangular cross section. One of the opposite edges is inclined with respect to other edges to form the flared local expansion. The deformable sealing joint has a rectangular cross section and a width of 50-90% of the width of the grooves. The grooves have double parallel grooves for receiving two deformable sealing joints.
