Zusammenfassung:	The device has a main branch (31) including a buried sensor (32) to allow circulation of heat transfer fluid in the buried sensor and a heat pump (10). A secondary branch (33) includes a calorie intake source (34). A switching unit (35) is located downstream of the buried sensor on the main branch and upstream of the source on the secondary branch with respect to circulation direction (S1). The circulation of the fluid in the secondary branch is authorized by an auxiliary configuration, so that the buried sensor, source and the pump are arranged in series on a closed loop. The heat transfer fluid is constituted by water with an added antifreeze agent such as glycol. The buried sensor includes a vertical sensor, a horizontal sensor and a buried thermal store. An independent claim is also included for a method for heating using a heating device.
