Zusammenfassung:The dosimeter (10) has a printed circuit board (11) wrapped in a material that forms an envelope (14), where the dosimeter is flexible for being adapted to the shape of a zone of a patient body. A MOSFET (1) i.e. pMOSFET, is placed on the printed circuit board. An absolute value of threshold voltage of the MOSFET increases based on the dose of received radiations. The gate oxide thickness of the MOSFET ranges between 0.8 and 2 micrometers. An independent claim is also included for a system for monitoring radiation doses received by a patient during radiotherapy treatment session, comprising a radiation dose measuring device. Le dosimètre (10) comporte, enrobé dans un matériau formant une enveloppe (14), une carte de circuit imprimé (11) sur laquelle est placé un transistor (1) MOSFET ayant une tension de seuil (V ) dont la valeur absolue augmente en fonction de la dose de rayonnements reçue, le transistor (1) présentant une épaisseur d'oxyde de grille comprise entre 0,8 et 2 µm. Le dosimètre (10) est souple de façon à pouvoir être placé sur une zone du corps d'un patient subissant un traitement de radiothérapie en s'adaptant à la forme de ladite zone du corps.
