Zusammenfassung:	The device has an electric motor (1) e.g. reversible alternator, coupled mechanically to a heat engine (4) of a hybrid motor vehicle. A service battery (8) e.g. lead battery, is connected to a supply network (10) for starting the heat engine. An assistance battery (7) is rechargeable for transferring electric energy towards the supply network by an electric interface device (6). Acquiring unit acquires an operating data of the assistance battery for determining electric energy quantity of the assistance battery and controlling an electric control device (2) i.e. three-phase inverter.
