The support units include a base plate (3) emanating from the base and extended by two upwardly oriented posts (4). The bedding includes height/inclination adjusting and blocking units (11) to permit sliding of the bedding on the posts and blocking of the posts at different heights based on discrete values. The adjustment units include an external cage receiving a mobile part that is movable in translation and is guided within the cage.
