Zusammenfassung:	The handrail has a welded trellis panel (11) extended between posts (2) and below a sill (3). A damper pad (15) is made of elastically deformable and compressible material and covers a top of the panel. The top of the panel is housed in a groove (14) of the sill. The panel is laterally fixed to the posts by clamps. The sill is fixed on each post by an assembling device (4) formed of semi-shells. The assembling device has a zone covering and locking an upper corner insert of the panel.
