Zusammenfassung:	The device (4) has two semi-shells assembled along a plane of joint parallel to a plane in which a beam (3) i.e. tube, extends. An assembling unit has a fixation unit fitted on an end of a handrail and another fixation unit fitted on the tube. The former fixation unit is formed of female part of internal section greater than an external section of a male part except in a narrow zone i.e. internal rib (13) that forms orientation support. The rib is made of elastically deformable and flexible material for serving as a damper. An independent claim is also included for a handrail, comprising a beam formed of wall, with a groove.
