The device has setting bodies defining a setting passage (P) between two parallel surfaces (10a, 11a) of the bodies, where the bodies are formed of a central peg (11), an outer wall (10) and a bottom wall (14). The passage has a section that is a profile identical to a profile of a neck (1) of a bottle (2), where the bottle neck comprises a screw thread (3) for receiving a cap (4) to be screwed. The peg is fixed to the outer wall by the bottom wall, where the bottle is moved by being rotated by itself, between inlet and outlet ends of the passage.
