The method involves extruding a thermoplastic parison (1) placed in a mold (3) using an extrusion blow molding machine (2). A heated composite structure (4) is intercalated between the parison and the mold, before sealing the mold, using an intercalating unit. The interior of the parison is blown for plating an assembly against the mold using a blowing unit, where the assembly is formed by the thermoplastic parison and the structure. The structure is formed by composite wires constituted of filament such as glass filament. The product is made of reinforcement material such as long fiber. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a hollow composite product. La présente invention concerne procédé de fabrication de produits composites par extrusion-soufflage, selon lequel on extrude une paraison à base de matière thermoplastique que l'on place dans un moule, on intercale au moins une structure composite chauffée entre la paraison et le moule avant fermeture de celui-ci et on souffle à l'intérieur de la paraison pour plaquer l'ensemble formé par la matière thermoplastique et la structure composite contre le moule.La présente invention concerne également le dispositif de fabrication associé et les produits composites creux obtenus.
