Zusammenfassung:	The instrument (1) has a metallic deformable element i.e. metallic deformable blade (5), passed from a relaxed position for positioning a distal end (2) inside an osseous body to a deformed position for forming a cavity inside the body. Two ends of the deformable blade are equipped with rotational axes freely mounted in rotation between two mounting supports. One of the two supports is solicited by a displacement mechanism that is movable in translation in order to bring the ends of the blade closer by rotation of the ends.
