Zusammenfassung: | Water-in-oil emulsion stable against coalescence, comprises a dispersed aqueous phase in a continuous oil phase, in which the dispersed aqueous phase comprises at least a polysaccharide (1-10 wt.%, preferably 2-4 wt.%) and the continuous oil phase is oil or its mixture to which a surfactant (0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 0.5-4 wt.%) is added. The surfactant is phospholipids, ethoxylated fatty alcohol, sugar esters, alkylpolyglucosides and/or casein. Independent claims are included for: (1) an adjuvant for sprayable aqueous composition comprising the water-in-oil emulsion (5-15 wt.%, preferably 8-10 wt.%), and an agent of polyether glycols of fatty alcohols; (2) a preparation of the water in oil emulsion comprising adding at least a polysaccharide to water to obtain an aqueous phase (1-10 wt.%, preferably 2-4 wt.%), incorporating in oil (0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 0.5-4 wt.%) at room temperature, stirring the obtained mixture at 40-70[deg] C, preferably 55-65[deg] C, and adding the aqueous phase to the oil phase and dispersing aqueous phase in the oil phase to obtain the emulsion at room temperature; (3) a preparation of adjuvant for sprayable aqueous composition comprising adding the water in oil emulsion (100 parts by weight) to the agent (5-15 parts by weight, preferably 8-10 parts by weight), and dispersing the agent in the emulsion; and (4) a preparation of sprayable aqueous composition comprising diluting the adjuvant in the water to obtain the sprayable aqueous composition having a specified polysaccharide content.
